Every obvious keyword in incident management was already spoken for by incumbents with far more domain authority. Competing head-on would have burned the budget for nothing. I ran full competitive research across nine competitors, pulling their strongest keywords and best-performing pages to map where the category’s content actually stops, then handed over a prioritized keyword and page list and built the first assets against it: a promo landing page, blog content, and launch social posts, sequenced through a content calendar.
Now running: the content calendar, organic social across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Reddit, and the blog programme built on that keyword map.

The site’s content had been written from marketing instinct rather than from the developer guides, so it missed the vocabulary the audience actually typed. I built a documentation-grounded blog programme of 20+ technical articles, plus an A-to-Z platform glossary sourced strictly from official docs, and homepage and pricing schema in JSON-LD. I implemented GA4 and GTM to trace behaviour and campaign performance, and ran a post-migration audit combining Search Console with GA4 to separate a tracking gap from a real traffic loss.

A Singapore staffing and workplace-safety consultancy was publishing steadily and seeing nothing for it, including a live placeholder page and published penalty figures that were wrong. Articles had been produced at volume without source verification, and a cluster competed against itself for the same query. I delivered a technical and on-page audit identifying 40 issues, triaged into critical, moderate, and low priority, with a client-facing implementation guide covering metadata, schema, Core Web Vitals, local SEO, and keyword strategy. I sorted the existing 45-post library into delete, rewrite, and keep, fixed the cannibalization, then wrote 10 replacement articles on WSH, MOM regulations, bizSAFE, fire safety, and employment pass types, each sourced against MOM, SCDF, NEA, and Singapore Statutes Online and shipped with metadata, FAQ schema, internal links, and CTAs.
Result, across matched 92-day windows (Google Search Console): organic clicks rose from 806 to 1,304 (+62%) and impressions from 108,308 to 173,713 (+60%), with average position improving from 13.13 to 12.47. Singapore, the market that matters, converts at 1.06% against a 0.75% blended rate (Google Analytics 4).

Ten-plus clients across unrelated industries needed consistent output on overlapping deadlines, and briefs, feedback, and QC were handled ad hoc: quality tracked whoever happened to pick up the piece. I wrote and optimized 100+ SEO articles while restructuring editorial calendars and content pipelines into a repeatable workflow that improved team throughput by 30%, and owned quality control for accuracy, SEO compliance, and brand consistency across everything published.
